Membership Terms & Conditions
Members are required to receive a minimum of two shipments prior to cancellation. Cancellations must be received by the15th day of the month prior to the next release. All benefits cease on the date of cancellation.
Wine club shipments will be charged to the supplied credit card on file shortly before each release. There is no fee to join the Evan’s Ranch Wine Club and you are only paying for the cost of each club shipment as it is released.
Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. Adult signature by a person over 21 years of age is required by carrier upon delivery. Business addresses are recommended for delivery. By joining you certify that you are 21 years of age or older and that you authorize Gainey Vineyard to charge your credit card provided, and kept on file securely, for each shipment. It is your responsibility to inform Evan’s Ranch/Gainey Vineyard of any change in your credit card number, address, phone or email information.
Members who choose to have their wines held at the Tasting Room for pickup will have 6 months from the date of release to claim their wines. Any wines not claimed in this period will be forfeited with no refunds issued.
